Worked as IT Architect on an ECM migration project, moving over 200,000 documents across 11 international markets within a tight timeframe. The project concluded ahead of schedule and led to a significant reduction in annual licensing costs. Responsibilities included designing a message-driven integration architecture and coordinating technical implementation with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce and DocuSign. Contributed to the introduction of structured architectural practices, including the use of Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), guardrails, and integration patterns to improve long-term maintainability.
