Worked as Team Lead and Software Architect on the development of a cloud-based e-learning platform for pharmacists. Built and led a small development team and delivered the first release ahead of schedule, enabling a smooth and well-tested rollout. Designed and implemented the AWS infrastructure using services such as Fargate, RDS, ElastiCache (Redis), and Docker. Established continuous delivery practices, including CI/CD pipelines and trunk-based development. Successfully introduced Extreme Programming (XP) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), coached the team in applying these practices, and worked closely with the client to explain the development approach and align on priorities.
